ORDERS & PROCESSING

Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – 14 DAYS (EU LAW)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Returned in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Certain items are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Underwear or intimate apparel

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Gift cards or sale items

RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 10 days of delivery, providing clear photos or videos of the issue.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.

WRONG ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect address information are not eligible for refunds.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before dispatch.
